Job Title: Head of Production Management
(1) Bachelor degree or above;
Over 2.5 years of large-scale manufacturing enterprise site management / production management experience, CNC machining center with more than 3 years of management experience, familiar with CNC production processes;
(2) Is a strong cost-conscious, with great communication and co-ordinate planning and management capabilities;
(3) Is familiar with the operation of the manufacturing sector and processes, specializes in production control and site management;
(4) Is familiar with cost of production and control, quality control, personnel management, co-ordinating operations, is familiar with production quality control management, and is familiar with ISO9001: 2000 quality assurance system;
(5) Is familiar with the production of materials, planning controls and procedures;
(6) Must have strong management, analytical skills, and able to work under pressure.
(7) A BIG PLUS: Can read, write and speak English and can be competent on the job.
